On October 28, representatives of our company set off from Bolesławiec straight to Berlin!
The trip was a special one, as we had been invited to attend the Conference on the Future of Professional Development and Entrepreneurship of the Polish Diaspora in Germany, held at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland.

In addition to attending the conference itself, we also took part in a panel discussion titled “Success Stories, Key Success Factors, and Building the Made by Polonia Brand”, which was the first in a series of panels held during the two-day event. The panel, moderated by Mr. Łukasz Sołtysiak, brought together many inspiring guests, in whose presence we had the pleasure of sharing our own experience and insights.

The contributions of other panelists—whose experience in running businesses in Germany spans several, and in some cases even over a dozen years—proved to be an invaluable source of inspiration and practical advice.
Discussions on entrepreneurship continued not only during the official sessions but also in the corridors of the Embassy. Conversations among people united by a shared passion filled every corner, extending even to coffee breaks and a shared lunch rich in traditional Polish dishes.

After the meal, it was time for the next, equally engaging parts of the event.
We concluded the first day with networking, which allowed for direct questions to the panelists and conversations filled with inspiring ideas.

The second day of the conference was held under the motto “Future and Cooperation.”
The discussions matched the previous day in both quality and depth, and we listened to the speakers’ insights with great interest.

Reflecting on our two days at the Polish Embassy, we can confidently say it was an incredibly valuable experience.
It was truly an honor to spend this time among such inspiring, passionate, and dedicated individuals.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Office for the Polish Community in Berlin and the Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), thanks to whom we were able to participate in such a remarkable event.
